At PC3, we believe Potter County’s soul is found in its workshops, its stages, and its soil.

We are a nonprofit on a mission to turn our region into a playground for the bold, the curious, and the craft-obsessed. By uniting our community, we’re building a world where "creative" isn't just a hobby—it’s a thriving lifestyle that honors both our artistic pulse and our deep-rooted agricultural heritage.

Welcome to PC3
Where Culture and Country Meet

We’re here to be the spark, the safety net, and the megaphone for our local dreamers through these core vibes:

  • The Business of Art & Earth: We champion creative entrepreneurship, giving everyone from muralists to heirloom farmers the toolkit they need to turn a passion project into a sustainable "heck yes."

  • Always Learning: Our programming and education isn't about stuffy classrooms. Think hands-on workshops, barn-side sessions, and unexpected events that keep our community’s curiosity dialed up to eleven.

  • The Ultimate Connection: We act as the resource hub, bridging the gap between our town squares and our farm gates. Whether you need a studio space or a spot for a harvest festival, if you’ve got the vision, we’ve got the map.

We believe that when we support our makers and our growers, Potter County doesn't just grow—it glows.

Help Us Map the Magic
The Cultural & Ag-Tourism Guide

We’re currently compiling the ultimate Cultural Resources Guide, and we need your eyes and ears. Please click on the button below. We’re looking for the heartbeat of our scene—the hidden studios, the u-pick orchards, the weekend pickers, and the farm-to-table innovators who keep Potter County vibrant.

Help us find:

  • The Makers: The painters, the poets, the banjo-pickers, and the blacksmiths.

  • The Harvesters: The ag-tourism gems—everything from pumpkin patches and lavender farms to wineries and educational farm stays.

  • The Spots: The galleries, the historic barns, the dive-bar stages, and the roadside stands.

  • The Support Crew: The local shops and businesses that keep both the gears and the tractors turning.

Let’s put Potter County on the map—from the canvas to the colors.
